  • SWIM: The swim will be held in the Fireman’s Park Quarry. There is an experienced water safety team on the swim course in the event of anyone needing assistance. The sprint (1/4) will be ONE counterclockwise loop. The Olympic (1500 M) will be THREE counterclockwise loops after each loop you will exit the water and cross a verification-timing mat.
  • BIKE: The bike course is a scenic journey through the county roads south of Verona. Featuring rolling hills, the course is challenging yet enjoyable for all skill levels. The sprint distance is an 11-mile, out-and-back route while the Olympic distance is a 25-mile route that includes 2 loops o fthe southern-most portion of the route. Helmets ARE required and must be fastened before leaving the transition area. Please stay to the right so other riders can pass you safely.
  • RUN: The Sprint is a single loop out/back with the Olympic being a two loop out/back with a portion of the run taking place on the Military Ridge Trail. While on the trail please remember Trail Etiquette. A reminder to participants that the trail is not closed and remains open to the public during the race. They may encounter walkers, other runners and cyclists. Alert others when passing (IE. “passing on your left.”) and please do not leave litter on the trail. Future use of the course depends on participants’ trail etiquette.
